Business Marketing Mag Launches B-to-B Web Site

The Ad Age Group’s
Business Marketing magazine went online with its ranking of the
200 most effective business-to-business Web sites across all business
categories.


The NetB2B.com NetMarketing rankings
also offer details of the top sites, including staff size, how the site is
advertised and what business strategies are followed, as well as comments
and evaluations from the editors of the magazine, a publication for B-to-B
marketers.


“The point of the ranking isn’t only to recognize the best B-to-B Web
marketers, but also to illuminate just what makes them so effective,” said
Karen Egolf, Business Marketing editor. “This is useful
information for all companies using the Web to conduct business.”


The NetB2B.com site also offers a national Web Price Index. Based on bids
every month from 24 Web developers around the country, the index gives
marketers high, low, and median prices for all facets of business Web design.
There is also a sortable database of spending by the top 100 Business-to-
Business advertisers.


NetB2B.com also features a searchable database of Internet marketing case
studies, how-to tutorials, head-to-head shootouts between competing Web
marketers, and columns from Internet journalists and analysts. Chicago-based
