Online multimedia classifieds company BuySellBid.com signed a three-year
preferred partner agreement with Clear Channel Communications to be the
primary supplier of classifieds on Clear Channel’s radio station Web sites.

The agreement will make BuySellBid the vertical partner for online
classifieds in the categories of auto, real estate and employment on the
Clear Channel sites.

Clear Channel will provide a combination of on-air and Web advertising for
the Clear Channel/BuySellBid.com co-branded classified services for a
three-year period.

Financial specifics were not disclosed.

BuySellBid.com uses proprietary multimedia technologies and draws from its
network of more than 1,000 media Web sites that carry over 1.6 million
classified ad listings.

“The agreement with Clear Channel represents a major milestone for
BuySellBid.com.” said Jay Shepard, CEO of BuySellBid.com. “Now, music lovers
can do it all — buy a car, find an home, or search for a perfect job —
without ever having to leave the Web site of their favorite radio station.”

Including announced transactions, Clear Channel operates 512 radio and 19
television stations in the United States and has equity interest in over 240
radio stations internationally.
