Organic Media, the full-service online
advertising and media management arm of Organic Inc., was selected as online
agency of record by Internet music retailer CDNow.

Last March CDNow and N2K formalized their merger and in May Condo relaunched
its music store, incorporating the best elements of CDNow and Music Boulevard.

Organic Media was responsible for collaborating with CDNow to link,
re-brand and migrate Music Boulevard sites to CDNow, as well as manage all
online
advertising placement and online media development for the merged company.
Organic said it now will work with CDNow to maximize global revenue, create
customer acquisition campaigns and drive new efficiencies through online
media. Billings were not disclosed.

“CDNow has enjoyed a great deal of success working with Organic Media over the
past several months, and we look forward to collaborating with them to create
multi-national online media campaigns for CDNow,” said Chris Hoerenz, group
marketing director for CDNow.

Organic said performance analysis and creative tests will be used to optimize
music and shopping placements on partner sites ranging from Yahoo! and
America Online to MTV and VH1.
