Chase Global Mutual Funds Group in New York City partnered with Twelve Point Rule Ltd. to create a new site
for investors to obtain information about and apply for mutual fund accounts.
While Chase’s www.chasevista.com,
also created by
Twelve Point Rule, is geared toward investors who use a broker, the new Chase Funds site will educate, sell
and service consumers.
Twelve Point Rule divided the Chase Funds site into three parts, one for
education about the funds with a complete online library, the second for the
allocation of assets, and the third for online trading, servicing, and viewing
account information. Billings were not disclosed.
“With this site, Chase provides the customer with both online pre-sales
support and long-term account management, ” said Bryan Thatcher, president/CEO
of Twelve Point Rule, “Customers can design their investment strategy and
interact with their account on their
own time.”
As part of the production of the site, Twelve Point Rule integrated a Java-
based tool for online asset allocation provided by Smart Money Interactive.
With this tool, worksheets assist users to properly allocate their assets
among stocks, bonds and cash for various financial goals.
“The addition of Smart Money Interactive’s worksheets makes Chase Funds a
content site as well as a customer service site” Thatcher said. “Tools that
calculate compound interest either for savings accounts or mortgage payments
provide an extremely useful service to the consumer.”
The site for Chase Global Mutual Funds is the latest of a series of sites
produced for
Chase Global Mutual Funds Group by Twelve Point Rule. In addition to this site
and the Chase Vista Funds site, Twelve Point Rule also created both a special
access site for Chase Vista Select customers as
well as a global site for investors
residing outside the US.
