Classified Ventures Previews NewHomeNetwork.com

Classified Ventures LLC, a national online resource for local classified advertising and related information, launched a 16-city preview of NewHomeNetwork.com, a source of new- home listings, community information and homeowner services.

The service is aimed at buyers, builders and owners of newly constructed homes.

With NewHomeNetwork.com, Chicago-based Classified Ventures is adding a new category of online classified advertising services to those already offered through its nationally branded Web sites–cars.com and Apartments.com–as well as the Web sites of its national network of affiliates, including 135 daily newspapers in 40 states. Over time, NewHomeNetwork.com will expand its service to include additional affiliate markets.

“By combining local editorial content–provided by Classified Ventures’
affiliate newspapers–along with financial services and other information,
NewHomeNetwork.com is creating a unique medium where builders and others can
market to homebuyers on both a national and regional level, while maintaining
their local appeal,” said Bob Bellack, vice president of real estate for
Classified Ventures.

He said the site will provide advertisers with market information and traffic
and site-usage reports to help them strategically target the market.

Depending on the city, builder and subdivision, visitors to the preview site
are able to search for newly constructed homes in a specified price range,
access detailed drawings or color pictures of models, and study floor plans.

NewHomeNetwork.com provides mortgage and affordability calculators and links
to dozens of sites offering everything from cabinets and carpeting to security systems and window coverings.

Preview markets include: Baltimore, Bullhead/Laughlin, NV, Central Valley, CA, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Hampton Roads, VA, Las Vegas, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Sacramento, San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, Tucson, Washington, D.C., and Wilmington, DL.
