Site Technologies announced the availability of SiteSweeper 2.0 Enterprise Edition, billing the product as the industry’s “first comprehensive server-based Web site quality analysis tool.”
The new product is designed to deliver universal access from any client, provide centralized quality control of Web sites throughout the enterprise, and lower the cost of ownership in multi-user corporate Web environments.
SiteSweeper detects 26 different types of broken links and anchors, in
addition to slow pages, missing Alt attributes, width and height indicators and missing Meta tags. It also detects any distorted images or problem page titles.
For presentation of its results, SiteSweeper outputs six different graphical
reports, making it easier for Web professionals to fix the problems.
“The feedback we received from our corporate customers was that they wanted a Web site quality analysis tool with universal access, since many of their employees use various client operating systems,” said Jeffrey Ait, Site Technologies’ CEO.
“We’re not only addressing their needs with an enterprise-class server-based edition, but we’re also enabling companies to set and enforce their own quality assurance standards. With the centralized configuration management function, they can control the extent of reporting and analysis of Web site defects.”
The cost of a single Web site license of SiteSweeper 2.0 Enterprise Edition is $795. A multi-site license costs $4,995.
