San Jose, CA-based cost-per-click network Click Agents said it has launched new
code to enable Rich Media ads.
Advertisers will now be able to rotate HTML, Java, CGI and Shockwave banners,
the company said.
“Within the next couple of weeks, more advertisers will focus on rich media
ads, and in turn Click Agents members will benefit, as more money will be
paid for rich media,” said Gurbaksh Chahal, president of Click Agents. “By
having this technology in our network, we predict that during the second
quarter of 1999, revenues will rise by an additional 35 percent monthly.”
Click Agents also said it will be launching two new ad networks.
CPMAgents.com, a network that focuses on the CPM model of advertising, and
LeadAgents.com, a network that focuses on the CPA model of advertising.
CPMAgents.com is set to launch on May 1, and LeadAgents.com is to launch June
1.
Click Agents claims 38,000+ sites in the network, 63 categories to choose for
targeted campaigns. Clients include: AutoConnect, Bankrate Monitor, Onnow,
ImproveNet, TheWhiz, Go Network, USA.net, NextCard, Proflowers, Ultraseek,
