CPR Communications Signs Shnoo.Com Inc.

Teterboro, NJ-based online store Shnoo.com Inc. which beginning in September
will offer seasonal/holiday goods, has contracted with CPR Communications for marketing
communications services and online positioning.

CPR will be responsible for building traffic and interest in the Shnoo.com
site, which will sell holiday goods, gift items, candles and pet products.
Billings were not disclosed.

In addition to the development and placement of radio and print advertising,
CPR will be responsible for launching an Internet banner advertising and
online sponsorship campaign primarily targeted at women and men in the 18-49
age bracket, Shnoo said.
CPR said it expects that television advertising will be added in the near
future as well.

CPR Communications provides a full range of marketing and communications
solutions, including public relations, advertising, creative design, market
research and direct mail. CPR’s Internet subsidiary, mediNet Communications Inc., offers Web
site development, hosting, e-commerce and Internet marketing services.
