Manchester, NH, Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS) has retained http://www.imgroup.net (IMG) as an
interactive agency to building brand awareness and traffic to its retail site
for an undisclosed period of time.
EMS is an outdoor gear retailer that started in 1967 with one store in
Wellesley, MA, and now has 76 retail locations across the country.
The company’s new EMS Online site will provide outdoor
products and information pertaining to anything relevant to camping, hiking,
backpacking, and climbing along and other outdoor activities.
EMS said it chose IMG for this project based on its track record of building
long-term affinity as well as affiliate based relationships. Billings were
not disclosed.

sites for customer service, we are expecting a tremendous growth stage in
consumer content and retailing purchases over the next year”, said Shannon
