The new company will retain the Engage Technologies name and be headquartered in Andover. The company also has a European operation, Accipiter Ltd., now called
Engage Technologies UK.

The new customers include: 1&1 Dialog, AdValue, Ancestry.com, Carlton Online,

Engage technology is now installed at over 2000 Web sites, the company said.

Engage has been marketing Accipiter-integrated product offerings since April.

Engages’ Precision Profiling technology has been integrated into the Accipiter
Online Advertising products, which include Accipiter AdManager and Accipiter AdBureau,
for profile-enabled ad targeting on the Web.

Paul Schaut remains CEO of Engage Technologies running the day-to-day
operations, and Chris Evans, founder of Accipiter, has been elected vice
chairman. Peter Chaplin has been hired to run the London field office as
managing director, working closely with Charles Ashley, general manager.
