ESPN Magazine Signs Marketing Pact With Infonautics

Infonautics Inc. and ESPN The Magazine
signed a direct marketing agreement in conjunction with Infonautics’ latest
online information service, Sports Sleuth.

Launched July 20, Sports Sleuth is an Internet source for free, personalized
e-mail containing sports news and information gleaned from hundreds of
national and local Web sites.

Visitors who register for free membership to the Sports Sleuth service will
be offered a risk-free issue of ESPN The Magazine. Those who select the
promotion can later choose to continue their subscription for a fee.
Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

The Sports Sleuth service, now in a preview release, members to create a
personal profile of teams from the NFL, NBA, NHL, Major League Baseball, and
Division I-A NCAA Football. Sports Sleuth also tracks NASCAR.

Infonautics also operates Company Sleuth, a business
information service, Job Sleuth, a free Internet search tool
for job seekers, and research site Electric Library.
