ValueClick’s AdWare subsidiary has signed McCann-Erickson WorldGroup to use its campaign and agency management tools. Under the agreement, the global agency, a member of The Interpublic Group of marketing companies, will use AdWare’s agency management and media management platforms to run its business.

“We are pleased to extend our association with AdWare through this new, long-term relationship,” said George Recine, EVP and North America chief financial officer of McCann-Erickson WorldGroup.

Search marketer Fathom Online has named Matt McMahon as VP of media operations and analytics. McMahon was a media strategist at Leftfield and media director at Seven Ten Split and Miller/Huber, where he oversaw search strategies for clients Bank of America, Cisco and Sprint. He got his start in search as a product manager at Ask Jeeves.

“Fathom’s clients require superior reporting and analytics to gain the edge over their competition. Matt makes Fathom infinitely stronger in this arena,” said founder and President Chris Churchill.

MBS, an interactive and datbase marketer, has hired Robin Wilson as VP of new business development. Wilson has held management and buying positions with multi-channel retailers Victoria’s Secret, Filene’s and Lee Jeans, and she served a stint with Kaon Interactive.

“Robin’s combination of industry knowledge and sales experience makes her a perfect fit for MBS,” said Lissa Napolillo, EVP of database services for MBS.

24/7 Real Media has signed FOXNews.com to a three-year agreement to its Open AdStream Local ad serving platform and its Open Insight Web analytics tool.

The Web site of Fox News, which has been a client of Open AdStream Central for the last year, switched to Open AdStream Local to bring in-house its own ad serving capability in light of substantial increases in traffic to the Web site.
