Agency.com has hired Don Scales and Eben Lenderking to the newly created positions of CEO, Agency.com: North America and CEO, Agency.com: Europe, respectively. Additionally, the company has integrated all offices and operations under those two regions.

Scales has been with the firm since February 2001, most recently as president of the Western region, which included offices in Chicago, Dallas and San Francisco. In addition to managing all day to day operations for the company’s North American offices, he will also be responsible for integrating Agency.com’s i-traffic and Red Sky operations.

Lenderking joined the company in May 2001, and has most recently served as president of Agency.com: Europe, where he oversaw operations, new business efforts and delivery for the Agency.com’s European offices. Lenderking will oversee the operations of the company’s London, Amsterdam and Paris offices and the integration of i-traffic’s operations in London. Both Scales and Lenderking will continue to report to CEO and Chairman Chan Suh.

MyWeather, a provider of standard and customized weather-related digital services, is preparing to deploy Engage’s ad management solutions for personalized online ad delivery based on unique visitor information. With Engage AdManager’s targeting capabilities, MyWeather expects to provide its Personal MicroCast advertisers with targeted message delivery to consumers, helping to maximize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. MyWeather licenses its proprietary Personal MicroCast service to TV stations in local markets, enabling them to offer viewers personalized forecasts delivered via e-mail and available on the Web.

“As MyWeather’s model is structured to help advertisers target consumers at the local market level, we were searching for an advertising management solution that could provide these targeting capabilities,” said David Eastbrook, vice president of business development for MyWeather. “We selected Engage AdManager because of its geo-targeting capabilities and its ability to leverage the rich demographic information of our subscriber base.”

Performance-based search firm Findwhat.com , has hired Brenda Agius as vice president of finance. Agius most recently served as chief financial officer of Preferred Medical Group (PMG) from December 1999 to April 2002. While there, she was responsible for the financial oversight of the organization and its strategic growth development. She also worked for two of the “Big Five” international accounting firms, Deloitte and Touche and Coopers and Lybrand.

Louis Vuitton Moet Hennesy (LVMH), a luxury product conglomerate that includes the Christian Dior Couture company, has signed a master licensing agreement with interactive media firm Viewpoint. The deal enables LVMH’s brand names to use Viewpoint’s ZoomView technology to better merchandise their products on the Web.

Christian Dior Couture chose ZoomView as a part of its women’s fashion Web site redesign. Visitors to the site can browse the wide variety of products from the Dior collections in the ZoomView format, including: ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, accessories and fine jewelry.

Interactive and media-planning agency PinPoint Media has been tapped by Carlson Hotels to be its online agency. The deal covers all Carlson resorts, including Radisson Hotels and Resorts, Regent International Hotels, Country Inns and Suites, Park Inn and Park Plaza Hotels. PinPoint Media will be responsible for promoting brand exposure for Carlson through Web advertising and marketing, as well as boosting online reservations and driving traffic to the individual Carlson Hospitality Web sites.

PowerPact has added Carin Koeppel to its account development team, where she will be one of four core members. Carin comes to PowerPact from RPMC in Los Angeles, where she was senior director of business development. While there, she helped launch FX’s original program, Son of the Beach; worked on SportsLine.com’s member rewards program; and created several promotions for Mattel.

PowerPact is an employee-owned company that works with clients on a project-to-project basis.

RareMethod has launched a site for job seekers and employers in the Northwest Territories. JobsNorth.ca was developed by RareMethod on behalf of the Government of the the Northwest Territories’ Department of Education Culture & Employment. The site is designed to be free, user friendly and full of educational resources and job search information.
