Global Music Network Selects Townsend Agency

Global Music Network has selected San
Diego-based The Townsend Agency for its public
relations and marketing communications effort.

The program will include domestic and international media relations, as well
as special events and strategic marketing support. Billings were not
disclosed.

GMN.com offers classical music, jazz and opera in a confluence of music,
video, text and images. Musical celebrities not only perform, but through
special links they also educate visitors by taking them, with full
commentary, on an exploration of important musical events, past and present.
Users also may purchase and download custom-compiled works.

The Townsend Agency is a full-service emerging technology public relations
and advertising firm that was founded in 1993 by Jacqueline Townsend
Konstanturos.
