HotJobs.com Offers Resume Privacy

Now you can post your resume on the Web without fear that your current
employer will find out that you’re job hunting.

Online recruitment site HotJobs.com introduced a new service entitled Hot Spot, that allows job seekers to advertise their resumes on the system while restricting certain companies (ie – their current employer) from viewing it. The software also allows applicants to view statistics on how many times their resumes were viewed and downloaded.

HotJobs clients include Amazon.com, Arthur Andersen, Disney, Ford Motor Co.,
Microsoft, Oracle Corp., PeopleSoft and Sun Microsystems. HotJobs was founded
in 1996 and is privately held.
