InterAd Signs Multi Media Mapping

European online ad rep company InterAd said it has won the global representation rights for the U.K. Web site Multi Media Mapping.

Previously, Multi Media Mapping used several national
and international representatives for the site before taking banner sales in-
house last July. Under the new deal, InterAd will take over all global
sponsorship and advertising sales and also provide all ad serving and
reporting. provides detailed British maps online and is used by thousands of
hotels, restaurants and real estate agents throughout Britain. It claims about
two million impressions per month, primarily from the U.K. Web site partners
featuring Multi Media Mapping’s locator maps include: The Automobile
Association’s hotel and restaurant finder; Scoot; Chelsea Football Club; the
Internet Property Finder’s estate agent locator, hotel-finder Smooth Hound
Systems and Virgin Net’s cinema finder.
