promotion featuring 5 cent per minute PC-to-phone service.

The 5 cents a minute calling plan, an exclusive offer for users of

online community elements of theglobe.com with the needs of people to call
their loved ones, any time during the holiday season.”

incurring a monthly surcharge. Consumers will be able to access Delta Three’s
savings by visiting www.theglobe.com and entering the telecommunications area
of the marketplace, as well as clicking on promotions throughout
theglobe.com’s Web site.
