Internet Innovations Completes Capitalization

Internet Innovations Inc. said it
has completed a long-term capitalization agreement, allowing the company to
launch its IA2 interactive Web marketing product.

Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Internet Innovations is an Internet advertising
agency that specializes in marketing through the use of 20 different
demographic groups, developed from its 250-plus affiliated Web sites.
Financial specifics of the capitalization agreement were not disclosed.

“Our objective is to truly make the Internet a level playing field for all
businesses to thrive on, large or small,” said Shannon Diem, president of the
company.
