Employment site jobs.com Inc. named McKinney & Silver as its
advertising agency of record for a $15 million to $20 million advertising
campaign, aimed at creating a national brand for the online recruitment
company.

“We chose McKinney & Silver because its outstanding strategic insight and
creative ideas will help us become the preferred brand in online recruiting,”
said Caryn Kboudi, director of marketing for jobs.com.

The agency will provide full branding and advertising services, including
both media planning and buying.

The new campaign, which includes television,
radio, print and billboard ads, will begin during the first quarter in 2000.
rizutti.com, which has worked with jobs.com since 1997, will continue to
provide support for direct and ancillary services.

McKinney & Silver clients include Audi of America, Aetna U.S. Healthcare,
IBM, Sunkist, Bacardi-Martini USA, Fieldcrest Cannon and Ben & Jerry’s
Homemade.
