K-tel International Signs with 24/7

Entertainment and consumer products company K-tel International Inc. signed
up for marketing services with 24/7 Media Inc.

24/7 will market banner advertising on K-tel’s online music and entertainment store
and on K-tel’s new online radio station, which is also
featured on Microsoft’s MSN network.

Under the terms of the agreement, 24/7 Media will market banner advertising
at no cost to K-tel, which will share advertising revenues with 24/7 Media.

“K-tel currently receives approximately four million page views per month to
our online music and entertainment store,” said Randy Malinoff, general
manager of K-tel Online. “This alliance with 24/7 Media will allow us to take
full advantage of our site’s high traffic, and grow our Internet revenues.
24/7 Media will be representing our site in every major market in the United
States and around the world on an exclusive basis.”

Through its flagship ad networks, 24/7 Media represents more than 2.5 billion
ad impressions per month on more than 300 sites globally.
