Leapnet to Acquire Nine Dots Corp.

Leapnet Inc. signed a letter of intent to
acquire privately-held interactive agency Nine Dots Corp. Financial
terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Nine Dots specializes in digital branding, online advertising and promotion,
strategic consulting and Web site development. Its Hypertesting service
allows companies to assess Web site content, usability and impact using
feedback from actual customers.

Nine Dots was represented by AdMedia Partners, New York in the transaction.
Leapnet Chairman and CEO Frederick A. Smith said that the “acquisition of
Nine Dots would increase our Internet revenues upon completion of the
transaction by approximately 50 percent on an annualized basis. Our goal is
to increase Internet revenues by at least 100 percent during this fiscal year
and we have taken the first step in that direction.”

Leapnet Inc. has expertise in Internet advertising and development, global
marketing communications and traditional brand advertising. Its subsidiaries
are Quantum Leap Communications, The Leap Partnership and YAR Communications.
