Loislaw.com Inc., which provides
Web-based legal research materials, on Thursday inked a deal with Engage Business Media to sell
advertising through the Engage business-to-business unit.

The deal adds two more legal-oriented sites to Engage’s newly-unveiled
network. The ads will appear on pages of the Loislawschool.com Web site and
selected pages of the Loislaw.com Web site.

“Additional Web sites may be added to this agreement in the future,” said
Michael Romanies, Loislaw.com vice president of marketing.

The Loislawschool.com site has been incorporated into the curriculum of
over 75 percent of all ABA-accredited law school institutions, so it can
potentially reach a large percentage of the approximately 140,000 enrolled
law school students.

The Loislaw.com Web site, targeted at lawyers, judges,
and corporate legal departments had approximately 15.9 million searches
conducted on its primary Loislaw.com Web site within the past quarter.
