WinStar Interactive said it will
launch shopping sites Christmas99.com and Holiday99.com on Oct. 1, sponsored
by MasterCard International.

MasterCard will provide consumers with exclusive savings offers from
retailers through the MasterCard Exclusives program.

WinStar generates advertising sales, develops sponsorship packages and
facilitates e-commerce and other Internet business partnership programs.

Financial details of the sponsorship package were not disclosed, but plans
call for national television and print advertising support.

The two sites will offer everything from shopping ideas and recipes to
holiday decorating motifs and e-Holiday cards, as well as an area for New
Year’s 2000. Both sites will feature a line-up of top branded merchants, the
company said.

WinStar Interactive is a unit of WinStar Communications Inc., a provider of
high-speed fixed wireless broadband services.
