San Francisco-based Insite Innovations, which markets
software for customer relationship management on the Web, said it entered into a reseller agreement with interactive advertising agency Media Circus.
New York-based Media Circus will offer its customers Insite’s Persona 1.0, a full-service Web site concierge.
“Persona answers a real need we identified while developing interactive sites
for our clients. There is currently no other technology that allows sales and
customer service reps to initiate a dialog with qualified site visitors. This
technology will allow us to help our clients turn hits into revenue, lower
customer service costs, and increase customer loyalty,” said Ron Dayan,
director of strategic services of Media Circus.
Under the terms of the agreement, Media Circus will resell and implement
Persona to its current customers as well as make it a part of new e-commerce
solutions the company will be implementing in the coming months.
Financial
terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.
