MediaRep, a division of Z.Com, launched the MediaRep Web Site Advertising Network to
sell advertising space on the new Z.Com portal.

The portal includes hundreds of radio station Web sites, and more than 1,500
affiliated radio station portal sites known collectively as the World Network.
Charter advertisers include Hilton Hotels, 1-800-Flowers, Cybermeals and
Netscape Communications Corp.

“The synergy between radio and the Web creates an ideal medium for
advertisers,” said Jeff Gold, CEO of Z.Com. “Radio listeners have strong station loyalties
and will frequent Internet advertisers associated with their favorite
station.”

MediaRep offers banner packages, sponsorship opportunities, and listings in
the Holiday Shopping Guide section of Z.Com and affiliated portals.

“We expect to serve one billion ad impressions within 12 months,” said Gold.
“Last month MediaRep Network sites served over 150 million hits.”

MediaRep’s World Network portals integrate content from Z.Com as well as
search capabilities from several major search engines including Yahoo Inc.,
Excite Inc., Snap by CNET Inc., NetFind by America Online Inc., and HotBot by
Lycos Inc.

While the MediaRep Advertising Network is a new undertaking, Z.Com’s World
Network and FM Net divisions have been providing Web services to 2000 radio
stations for several years.

MediaRep and Z.Com are services of A Lasting Impression Music Corp., a
California corporation. A Lasting Impression was founded by Gold in 1991 and
has offices in Atlanta and the San Francisco Bay Area.
