Marketing Services Group Inc. in New York City said that its subsidiary, Pegasus Internet Inc., is completing
development of the Pegasus Ad Network.
Scheduled to launch early next quarter, the network will offer advertisers a
means of leveraging the high-level demographics of Pegasus’ clientele through
a single ad buy. The network is expected initially to represent more than 40
fine arts, performing arts and entertainment Web sites.
Pegasus said it has developed proprietary software that will offer real-time
management of ad buys, and will track ad impressions (network-wide and per-
site) and clickthrough rates.
The software will allow advertisers to integrate text, graphics, Java applets,
JavaScript, animations, forms and other content types into their ads.
Advertisers will also be able to specify the amount of time their banner is
shown during each impression.
Pegasus Internet is a provider of Web services and related technological
solutions to the arts and entertainment community, offering a suite of Web
services in the events-presentation sector and offers online merchandising,
ticketing and event management systems.
Marketing Services Group provides direct
marketing and database marketing, telemarketing and telefund-raising, media
planning and buying, online consulting and commerce, Web development and
interactive fulfillment services.
