Robert Heyman, the founder of Cybernautics, is joining MSH Entertainment Inc. in Los Angeles to help
create what the company calls, “a children and family advertising supported
network of sites including a central e-commerce hub.”

Jonathan Stathakis, president of MSH, also said the company will leverage its
existing technology and assets by taking a leading role in the delivery of
cartoons over the Internet. MSH encompasses film, home video and television
production, music, and software development and distribution.

Heyman, 45, was the founder of Cybernautics, the design marketing firm that
merged with US Web Inc. in a multi-million dollar
transaction about a year ago. He is also the co-author of the Web-marketing
book “NET RESULTS: Web Marketing That Works,” which was published earlier this
year by MacMillian & Co.
