rolled out Enliven Services, a group of end-to-end service offerings for the
creation, delivery, tracking and reporting of interactive Web advertising.
Enliven Services is designed to place interactive advertising and direct
marketing applications within reach of all Web advertisers, providing one-stop
access to all the tools required to create, deliver, track and manage highly
interactive multimedia Web ad campaigns.

Narrative’s Enliven Services are available immediately in two modules,
Enliven/Impact and Enliven/Capture. Both have GIF authoring capabilities. They
deliver a base level of service that consists of: Enliven campaign hosting,
site acceptance management, creative consultation, content trafficking and
consolidated reporting.
Enliven/Impact is designed to support enhanced branding, awareness-generation
and relationship-building Web advertising campaigns. It is for advertisers who
are interested in getting more creativity, higher levels of interactivity
and more detailed reporting out of their online advertising programs.
Pricing is a CPM model; specifics were not disclosed.
Enliven/Capture is designed for lead-generation campaigns. It provides the
ability to solicit and capture detailed information from end users within a
banner, resulting in qualified leads that aid in the sales generation process.
Pricing is per lead.
Detailed banner usage and campaign measurement data is being made available to
advertisers who create ads using the GIF format through Enliven Services.
These capabilities include the collection and reporting of mouse hover,
detailed user interaction and time measurement data.
