WebConnect said its new ICS System can track an advertiser’s ROI (return on investment) from impression to click to sale on every site on the Web.

Jay Schwedelson, founder of WebConnect, said the service “set a new standard for ROI analysis in Web advertising measurability.”

“Regardless of what closed-network, search-engine, or Web site the advertisement is going to be placed on, WebConnect’s ICS system can centrally track your ROI,” he added, and, “at the end of the day, that’s what you need
to know.”

The ICS concept brings together technology from two sister firms, WebConnect and Worldata. Worldata, a high tech direct marketing service firm, “lends its extensive database knowledge to WebConnect’s breakthrough central serving and tracking
capabilities,” WebConnect said.

WebConnect, a part of the Worldata Group since 1994, is a media and banner
advertising service. Pricing details for the service were not disclosed.
