NewHomeNetwork.com signed an
agreement to make its new home listings available through Yahoo! Real Estate, a resource for
people wanting to buy, sell, improve or maintain property.

NewHomeNetwork.com listings include each property’s address and location,
number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price, description and contact information.
Financial arrangements with Yahoo! were not disclosed.

“Our agreement with Yahoo! Real Estate enhances the exposure of builders’
listings with a highly targeted, motivated homebuying audience,” said Dan
Donaghy, senior vice president and general manager of Classified Ventures
Real Estate.

NewHomeNetwork.com listings within Yahoo! Real Estate also include a link
enabling homebuyers to visit the national NewHomeNetwork.com Web site, where
they can access home-related information, including elevations, floor plans,
interior and exterior photos, 360-degree Virtual Tours and links to builders’
corporate sites. In many cases, interested homebuyers will also be able to
request more information about particular listing directly through Yahoo!
Real Estate by clicking on “Request a Brochure” or “Contact Builder” e-mail
links provided by NewHomeNetwork.com.

The agreement is in addition to a separate pre-existing promotional deal in
which NewHomeNetwork.com is currently running banner advertisements on
keyword search pages within relevant areas of the Yahoo! network.
NewHomeNetwork.com is operated by newspaper consortium Classified Ventures Inc.
