Los Angeles-based Web advertising company PennyWeb said it developed a new fraud-proof security system ensuring that its click-through program generates legitimate hits.

The company, founded in September 1997, said it now has 380 advertisers and
more than 45,000 host-sites generating six million clicks a month.

“Our clients pay on the basis of the number of hits on their sites, it is our
duty to make sure that those clicks are made in good faith. We have upgraded
our anti-fraud
auditing software to a 6 level security system including a 10 million
combination encryption, which makes it virtually impossible for anyone to
tamper with our program,” said CEO, Benoit Pecqueur.

Clients include Infoseek, Microsoft Hotmail and Postoffice.net.
