SBN.com licensed its Online Yellow Pages to
ISP and international telecommunications company IDT Corp.
Lee Bridges, SBN vice president of strategic alliances, said that terms
of the pact between the two companies calls for installation at the IDT Web
site of a customized version of SBN’s Online Yellow Pages with the two
companies sharing in the advertising revenues generated by the directory at
the IDT location.
With headquarters in Hackensack, NJ, IDT is a provider of
international and domestic long-distance telephone, Internet access and
global Internet telephony services.
“The Online Yellow Pages is a natural
addition to the services IDT already offers in the telecommunications field”,
Bridges said. “We believe it will also provide an important enhancement to
furthering the company’s penetration of that burgeoning market.”

Online Yellow has more than 1.5 million pages including or linked to an
estimated 50 million business listings. It is found on the Web sites of
several hundred Internet service providers and at more than 800 affiliate e-commerce sites nationwide.
