Hoffman Estates, IL-based search engine directory site Searchpower.com signed with San
Francisco-based ad network Flycast Communications.

Searchpower.com claims to be the world’s largest directory of search engines
with more than 1,600 search engines online.

Also, Searchpower.com said it has begun the second phase of its
capitalization process. Searchpower.com, which aggregates both major and
specialty search engines, was conceived in March 1998 by Anthony D. Moya
after he became frustrated attempting research at various search sites.

The goal for phase two is to raise $500,000 to enhance marketing and
branding, the company said.

Searchpower.com also launched a new directory of Web portals. The site will
provide a direct link to portal members starting at three cents per click
through.
