New York City-based Candor led by Gordon Fenton, formed a strategic alliance
with Hayes & Associates, a Silicon Alley based
interactive consulting firm.

Prior to founding Candor, Fenton was executive vice president and
international creative director of Bates Worldwide. At Bates, Fenton was
responsible for building and maintaining brands for various blue-chip clients.
Before Bates, Fenton held several executive positions at multinational
advertising agencies including Wells, Rich, Greene and Young & Rubicam.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two firms will now offer clients
Fenton’s extensive offline branding experience with Hayes & Associates’ online
marketing services. In addition, Fenton joins the Hayes & Associates board of
directors.

“Many traditional companies are taking the leap into cyberspace,” said
Christopher Hayes, president of Hayes & Associates. “Through this alliance,
our clients benefit from Candor’s years of offline branding experience with
Hayes & Associates online marketing expertise.”
