Sprint Signs Marketing Pact with MyPoints.com

MyPoints.com Inc., a provider of Internet
direct marketing, loyalty and incentive solutions, signed an agreement to
provide Sprint with Internet direct marketing and
loyalty services.

Under the marketing agreement, Sprint will be the exclusive residential
long-distance service offered through the MyPoints program.

Financial
arrangements were not disclosed.


Sprint will use MyPoints.com’s rewarded direct marketing service, MyPoints,
to acquire new customers by e-mail and on the Web.

New Sprint customers who sign up for long-distance service and calling plans,
such as Sprint Nickel Nights, through the MyPoints program will receive 1,000
MyPoints and earn five points for every dollar spent on Sprint residential
long-distance each month.


Existing Sprint customers can earn monthly rewards by signing up for the
MyPoints program. Points may be redeemed for products and services such as
frequent flyer miles and gift certificates.
