Stockgroup.com Holdings Inc. named New York City-based RocketScience as its agency of record
for an advertising and brand-building awareness campaign.

The agency will be responsible for a variety of advertising and marketing
activities to drive traffic to the www.stockgroup.com site by positioning
it as a premier brand in the micro- and small-cap arena.

The hiring of RocketScience also represents a major component of a campaign
to promote the next generation of stockgroup.com, scheduled for later this
year, the company said. Billings were not disclosed.

The next generation site will be “the most in-depth, single source of
financial information on the micro- and small-cap sectors on the Internet,”
the company said, including analyst reports from the Stockgroup.com
proprietary database, financial newsletter research and analytical charting
for micro- and small-cap companies.

“We see RocketScience as the perfect partner for us,” said Marcus New,
chairman and chief executive officer of Stockgroup.com. “They have
demonstrated an
ability to work with entrepreneurial companies similar to Stockgroup.com and
have conducted several highly successful advertising and brand-building
campaigns. . .”

RocketScience is a five year-old advertising agency that marries its
BrandMessaging service with creative vision. BrandMessaging provides a
blueprint that assures the message created will be consistent with the
marketing goals of a company and that it contains a persuasive thought that
works throughout the spectrum of media, the company said.

Clients have included New Jersey Online, Homedelivery.com, Dell Computers,
Gaspra Technologies and newspaper consortium New Century Network’s NewsWorks.
