Talent Alliance Launches Job Ad Posting Service

Talent Alliance in Morristown, NJ
launched ResJet and JobJet, two new services that automate the process of
posting job ads and resumes online.

The offerings are part of Talent Alliance’s Talent@Work service, an online
database with state of the art job-applicant matching capabilities.

The new services enable Talent Alliance member companies and their employees
in transition to submit job listings and resumes electronically to multiple
job banks without reformatting. AT&T will be the first member company to use
the services, Talent Alliance said.

Other member companies, including DuPont, Johnson & Johnson, MetLife, TRW,
Lucent Technologies, Unisys, GTE, Ceridian, UPS, Kelly Services, and CBSI,
are expected to follow AT&T’s lead.

“JobJet will significantly reduce the time hiring managers spend posting job
opportunities online,” said John McMorrow, president and CEO of Talent
Alliance. “Now, using a simple Web form, a job advertisement is entered once,
electronically formatted, and listed on the most frequently used career
sites.”

Similarly, ResJet enables member company employees to post resumes to five
online job boards through a single entry to the Talent@Work system.

Currently, JobJet posts job ads to Career Mosaic, CareerWeb, MonsterBoard, Online Career Center, and Talent Alliance’s Talent@Work. Four new boards will be
added in March, the company said.
