UCI Web Group, an Internet services
holding company, this week snatched up interactive agency Third Street Interactive, continuing
its roll-up strategy.

The companies said the transaction was a cash and stock deal, but didn’t
disclose the specific financial terms.

UCI says it’s working to bring together interactive agencies with
complementary skill sets and geographic distribution, in an effort to build
an interactive services powerhouse.

The company has already acquired OnlineFocus and sharkBYTES, and it says it plans to
make more purchases in the coming weeks.

Third Street’s client list includes Bestfoods, Reuters, AT&T, Dictaphone,
Metro Business Systems, and Trade Dimensions.
