Unicast Communications Corp., a
provider of Internet advertising technologies (including AdController), said
Eduardo G. Samame joined the company as senior vice president, client
relations and product marketing.

Samame will be responsible for developing strategic and productive
relationships with advertisers and publishers, and for leading Unicast’s
product development efforts.

He most recently served as director of business development at NetGravity,
where he led strategic alliances and product direction. Prior to joining
NetGravity, he was a founder of Time Inc.’s Pathfinder site, Unicast said.

“His experience in developing client focused strategic alliances and his
in-depth knowledge of the online
advertising industry will have an immediate impact on our ability to help our
clients, both publishers and advertisers, understand and enable richer, more
effective advertising,” said Richard Hopple, CEO of Unicast.

Unicast is a joint venture between the MacManus Group, parent company of
D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, and BBN, now GTE Internetworking.
