US Interactive and net.Genesis Corp. formed a strategic alliance
to co-market and sell
products and services to Web-focused organizations with online sales and
marketing initiatives.

Under the agreement, US Interactive becomes a net.Genesis-certified Design for
Analysis (DFA) consultant to implement the structured methodology. Further,
the companies will co-develop net.Audit, an analysis solution designed to
provide overall site analysis and give customers a project plan for Web site
design moving forward.

“net.Genesis is committed to empowering its customers with the best e-business
solutions for analysis and reporting for advertising and marketing,” said
Larry Bohn, president and CEO of net.Genesis. “By teaming up with us, US
Interactive gives our customers access to a leading professional services
company that is equally dedicated to helping customers
achieve strategic business objectives over the Web.”

“net.Genesis is committed to making business sense of the Internet through
best-of-breed Web site analysis technology leadership. That commitment aligns
with our vision of business-driven, technologically-enabled Electronic
Enterprise Solutions,” said Mike M. Carter, director of corporate marketing at
US Interactive. “We are pleased to extend our E-Roadmap planning system by
offering a fixed price, fixed time, net.Audit software
solution to our clients and prospects.”

net.Genesis’ Design for Analysis (DFA) is a methodology that allows customers
to evaluate their Web sites in the context of overall business objectives. The
companies will also co-develop net.Audit, a software solution that allows
companies to conduct overall Web site analysis and use that intelligence as a
basis for incorporating the DFA methodology.
