The Net’s Best, a provider of traditional off-line advertising aimed at online consumers, has signed a partnership deal Webstakes, a prize and savings club.

Webstakes will run 12 promotions on The Net’s Best Web site over the next 14
months. In turn, the Net’s Best newspaper circulars will feature Webstakes advertising.

“The Net’s Best affiliation with Webstakes will allow consumers to more easily
find savings from online merchants,” said Bill Weimer, president of The Net’s
Best. “Both companies will reap the benefits as we work together to promote
one another off-line and online.”

“The partnership is a win-win for both companies,” said Steve Krein, president
of Webstakes. “The Net’s Best provides a powerful traditional vehicle for
retailers to reach consumers and let them know about what is happening online. . .The partnership will provide Webstakes with an opportunity to reach a new
audience and introduce our
prize and savings club to people who may not have seen us online.”

Founded in 1996 in New York City, Webstakes claims 1.2 million members who
come to win prizes and get exclusive savings. Webstakes implements e-commerce
promotions using its proprietary Webstakes iDialog marketing services.

Based in Irvine, CA, The Net’s Best is an eight-page, full-color weekly
advertising free-standing insert in newspapers across the country designed to
build awareness of the Web sites of online retailers, while helping consumers
find Internet-related information in a more familiar format.
