Webstakes Realigns Top Executives

New York City-based Webstakes, a provider of targeted
consumers for advertisers, online merchants and Web publishers, named Daniel
J. Feldman as vice president of business development and Kenneth J. Grosso as
vice president of sales.


Feldman, who will be responsible for business partnerships and strategic
alliances, is a co-founder of Webstakes and a veteran of the online
advertising industry. He had been serving as vice president of sales and
marketing for the growing company. Grosso, who brings a combination of sales
and accounting experience to his new position, had previously served as vice
president of operations.


Said Steven H. Krein, president and co-founder of Webstakes: “As we continue
to assume a leading role in the booming Internet advertising industry by
guiding the right consumer to the right advertiser at the most effective time,
we need strong leadership to propel us forward. We are extremely pleased to
have Dan and Ken step into these important positions for Webstakes.”


Prior to founding Webstakes in 1996 with Krein, Feldman was responsible for
direct marketing and advertising for Law Journal EXTRA!, the New York Law
Publishing Company’s online service for lawyers.


Grosso joined Webstakes in 1997 as director of sales before being promoted to
vice president of operations for the company. He had served as audit manager
at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in New York.


The company’s Webstakes.com site provides a centralized location and community
for all Webstakes’ promotions.
