exMailit.com Acquires Cirond

exMailit.com of Vancouver, British Columbia, is announcing today that it will be acquiring all the issued and outstanding shares of Cirond Netwoks, Inc. to acquire the company.

In addition, exMailit.com will provide 250,000 restricted treasury shares to the company’s controlling share holder, the parent company Cirond Technologies, Inc.

exMailit.com provides an e-mail-to-mail service that allows users at computers with almost any platform to send hard-copy postal mail twenty-four hours a day. This purchase will bring them into the Wi-Fi network management realm with companies like AirWave Wireless.

Cirond recently began an evaluation intiative for its $995 WiNc Manager (formerly code-named WiLAN Manager) suite. The software controls channel allocation to access points, can real-time location information on the WLAN, and provides tools for allowing office visitors on the network. It works in conjunction with the Cirond client software: WiNc for Windows or pocketWiNc for PocketPC devices.

The acquisition is expected to close by the end of September.
