Internet marketing research firm ActivMedia Research said it has expanded its
study offerings and redesigned its Web site to improve the
ability to find research targeted at specific market interests.

The new Web site is organized around areas of subject interest and highlights
research for Web-wide interests as well as specific studies for
consumer-oriented Web managers and consultants, business-to-business needs
and a line of lower-cost products for companies
seeking research on a limited budget.

ActivMedia Research, a division of ActivMedia Inc., is known for its “Real
Numbers Behind ‘Net Profits” study of electronic commerce.

The company said it now is planning a series of reports on consumer loyalty
scheduled for release in late 1999 and early 2000, addressing differences in
web strategy across major sectors such as Fashion & Style, Consumables, and
Computers & Office Products, while specific drill-down reports evaluate
differences among specific product sets within each group.

In early 1999, a third major research effort began identifying and tracking
the “Top 100 Retail E-Commerce Web sites.”

The new web domain replaces ActivMedia.com, which is now a
corporate site.
