AGENCY.COM Signs with CyberSource

Real-time e-commerce transaction services company CyberSource Corp.
signed a technology alliance with AGENCY.COM whereby CyberSource will provide
the buy button as a solution for the latter’s e-commerce customers worldwide.

AGENCY.COM will be able to offer its clients, which include British Airways,
Colgate-Palmolive and 3M, a complete suite of services, including Credit Card
Payment services, the CyberSource Internet Fraud Screen enhanced by Visa, Tax
Calculation, Distribution Control and Fulfillment Management services.

Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

“We take great pains to choose our partners from only the best-of-breed
vendors in the interactive world and CyberSource is clearly a great one-stop
e-commerce back-end transaction vendor,” said Peter Kestenbaum, vice
president of marketing for AGENCY.COM.
