Electronic bill presentment and payment service bureau billserv.com Inc. this week signed a distribution
deal with CyberBills to transmit electronic bills
from its biller customers to consumer members of CyberBills’ channel partners
and its StatusFactory.com portal.

CyberBills’ online bill payment and presentment service lets consumers
receive, view, pay, manage and automate 100 percent of their bills, whether
paper or electronic.

“CyberBills is an ideal partner for billserv.com because our service bureau
model calls for partnering with a variety of channels to distribute as many
electronic bills as possible,” said Michael Long, billserv.com’s chairman and chief executive officer. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

CyberBills “Total Bill Management” service is available through various
channel
partners as a private-label service and is also offered directly to consumers
at StatusFactory.com, a consumer lifestyle portal.

billserv.com provides billers with a turnkey outsourcing solution for
presenting bills to consumers for payment on the Internet. billserv.com
serves an intermediary role between billers and bill aggregators by
consolidating customer billing information from multiple
billers and then securely delivering it to aggregators.
