Bria Communications Acquires E-Commerce Developer

San Francisco-based Bria Communications has acquired e-commerce developer Tianrong Internet Products and Services Inc.
Financial terms were not disclosed.

Tianrong Internet holdings include A-Web Internet Services Co., which provides a
full range of Internet services including Web hosting and design. In
addition, A-Web is an Internet service provider and offers turnkey e-commerce
solutions for corporate clients, including Bidandshop.com, Accommodations
Express, Monarch Design Systems and Yellow Book USA. A-Web is also a leading
Chinese Internet and e-commerce company in New York, among their Chinese
clients is Hong Kong’s Ming Pao Daily News.

Tianrong Internet will also own and operate the e-commerce site for a
shopping mall owned by Tianrong Building Material Holdings Ltd. and located
in China.

Bria Communications also said that it will change its name to Tianrong
Internet Products and Services Inc. to better reflect its focus on e-commerce
activities and operations.
