Divot Golf Corp. said it signed to be the sole and exclusive sponsor and link for the golf accessories and apparel category at incentive marketer FreeRide Media’s e-commerce Web site.

The link from the FreeRide Web site will connect directly to www.divot.com, the e-commerce site for Miller Golf Inc., Divot Golf’s wholly owned subsidiary. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

FreeRide Media markets a variety of packaged and hard goods, services and
publications via the Internet. Visitors to the FreeRide Web site who purchase
products and services or otherwise interact with FreeRide’s sponsors are
rewarded with redemption points, similar to the way the airline industry
awards frequent flyer points.

The FreeRide site claims more than a thousand sponsor and affiliate
relationships and nearly 20 million page views per month. Founded in 1995,
FreeRide is the brainchild of New York advertising agency Mezzina/Brown.

“Divot Golf will serve as FreeRide’s gateway to all things golf, a category that represents over $5.8 billion in
consumer spending and $650 million in sponsorships,” said FreeRide president Jordan Stanley.

Divot Golf’s sponsorship on the FreeRide site, along with the link to its site
is expected to be operational within the next three months.
