Enhanced Services Company Inc. in El Segundo, CA said it has agreed to buy eCommerce Corp. in Stamford, CT for an unspecified combination of cash and stock.

eCommerce Corp. creates electronic commerce catalogs and develops and hosts
database-driven Web sites.

“eCommerce brings superior technology, established relationships and contracts
with a long list of high-profile Fortune 500 companies, and name recognition
to the Enhanced Services/Zulu group of companies,” said Roger Mincheff,
president of Enhanced. “The addition of eCommerce to our group of companies
solidifies our position as a market leader in the e-commerce industry, and
should add more than $1 million in revenues.”

eCommerce Corp. developed and manages the electronic commerce sites for Yahoo!, Lucent Technologies, the NFL and Sports Illustrated’s Ultimate Football, Simon & Schuster’s Red Rocket, and Gymboree Corp. among others.

eCommerce Corp. will become a subsidiary of Enhanced. Lance Estes, president
and CEO of eCommerce, will remain CEO of the subsidiary.

Enhanced recently invested in Zulu-tek Inc., which acquired the former SOFTBANK Interactive Marketing operation. A business combination is planned
once stockholder and regulatory approval is obtained.
