E-tail marketing solutions company Vicinity Corp. said it is providing
Vicinity Business Finder services for all Home Depot locations worldwide.
Business Finder allows Home Depot customers to find the home improvement
products and services they need right in their own neighborhood. Customers
enter their address, zip code or city into the Home Depot store locator,
located at the top of the Home Depot Web page.
Financial arrangements between
the companies were not disclosed.
Vicinity’s Business Finder also provides Home Depot’s online customers with
detailed maps and, for U.S. customers, step-by-step driving directions to the
nearest store.
Vicinity’s product suite of private-label and co-branded content and services
includes Business Finder, Telephone Business Finder, Wireless Business
Finder, SiteMaker and Business Directory.
